Shipping & Returns

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Packaging: Each item is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will offer a full refund or replacement.

Returns: We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
