Shipping & Returns

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Packaging: Each item is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will offer a full refund or replacement.

Returns: We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — then we cover it.

Cancellations: You can cancel from your account at any time before your order is dispatched. Anything already paid is refunded in full, including shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive your return we inspect it and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer to the account the payment came from — we initiate them within 3 business days of approval and the money usually reaches you within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
